Skadii is an open management platform that helps to manage a ski resort easily and efficiently with a single access. For this purpose, Skadii combines the operational data of different software and hardware providers on an intuitive user interface. This open platform from HTI Digital GmbH has now been expanded with new applications, making digital ski resort management even more efficient. New additions include a Task Manager and a Maintenance Overview, which were supported in conception and design by BUSSE's UI / UX design team.

In 2019, HTI Digital's digital, open resort management platform Skadii was launched. Ski resorts thus coordinate various software and hardware providers on a digital user interface with a single online access. More than 200 ski resorts worldwide now have access to Skadii and use it to manage their facilities. For example, cable car systems, snow groomers, snowmaking systems and other equipment can be monitored easily and centrally.

Now, the ski area management platform has been expanded with new applications: Task Manager and Maintenance Overview bring new functions.

Task Manager - efficiently create, distribute and track tasks.

Here, different tasks in the ski area can be digitally created, distributed and tracked. The application is simpler than a Post-it. Tasks are created with one click and assigned to the respective employees. This saves time and each employee has a structured overview of their tasks. An alarm function supports the follow-up of open tasks.

Maintenance Overview - The simple digital maintenance tool

Cable cars, snow groomers, snowmaking systems, as well as numerous other equipment in the ski area must be maintained as efficiently and timely as possible, so that they are fully operational during the ski season.

In Skadii Maintenance Overview, maintenance schedules from different manufacturers can be loaded automatically. This not only provides the user with an overview of upcoming maintenance work, but also allows the skadii Maintenance Overview to document which maintenance steps have been carried out, how and when they were carried out, the associated costs, and which maintenance work is still outstanding. The Predicitive Maintenance function supports the efficient planning of different maintenance operations. All documentation is backed up in the cloud.

Clemens Lantschner, Product Manager of Skadii: "The automatic linking of manufacturers' maintenance plans with the Skadii Maintenance Overview enables marked efficiency gains in the course of setting up the system, as the manual data entry steps previously required are reduced to a minimum."

BUSSE Design+Engineering's main task for the Skadii platform was to develop an optimal usability and user experience. Thus, the Task Manager and the Maintenance Overview were subjected to an innovative, fully responsive design that is easy to use.

We would like to thank HTI Digital GmbH for the trustful cooperation and are looking forward to the next steps together.
